Process flow of pure water equipment:
Raw water → raw water tank → raw water pump → multi-media filter (quartz sand filter) → activated carbon filter → soft water processor (adding scale inhibitor device) → precision filter → high pressure pump → primary reverse osmosis (RO) device → ultraviolet sterilization device (ozone sterilization device) → water consumption point
Process description of pure water equipment
1. Raw water tank
1、 Function: overcome the instability of pipe network water supply, ensure the stability and continuity of water supply of the whole system; at the same time, it also provides guarantee for the long-term reliable performance of various equipment.
2、 Model selection: PE or stainless steel water tank.
3、 Control: the water tank is equipped with high water level float valve and low water level switch. It has the advantages of high reliability, low price, simple structure and convenient installation. When the water level is at a high level, the ball valve is closed and the water inflow is stopped. When the water level is low, the high water level float valve opens and starts to fill the water tank. At the same time, the low water level switch is disconnected and the booster pump stops working.
2. Raw water pump
1、 Function: provide necessary working pressure for pretreatment equipment.
2、 Type selection: the working pressure of booster pump is determined according to the design pressure drop of each pretreatment equipment (the maximum pressure drop of each filtering equipment is 0.05Mpa), and the pressure in front of high-pressure pump cannot be less than 0.5kg/cm2.
3、 Control: adjust the pressure and water inflow with the regulating valve after the pump.
3. Mechanical filter (quartz sand filter)
1、 Function: the raw water first passes through the mechanical filter, and 12-24 mesh fine quartz sand is placed in the filter, so that the suspended impurities such as flocs and rust in the raw water are intercepted in the process. Due to the mechanical filter in the work of a large number of suspended impurities, in order to ensure the normal operation of the filter, the filter must be washed and backwashed regularly.
2、 Model selection: FRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic) container is selected
3、 Control: manual controller shall be used for backwashing operation of mechanical filter, and the filter shall be carried out every day.
