Typical purified water preparation system

Reverse osmosis: the technology of preparing pure water by reverse osmosis is a new technology developed in 1960s. Because of its simple operation process, high efficiency of desalting and heat source, it is economical. This method has been included in USP since the 19th edition. It is one of the statutory methods for the preparation of water for injection.

Mechanism: reverse osmosis is the reverse process of osmosis. It refers to the process of forcing solvent component in solution through appropriate semi permeable membrane with the help of certain thrust (such as pressure difference, temperature difference, etc.), so as to retain a certain solute component.

Reverse osmosis pure water device:

The imported low-pressure and ultra-low-pressure roll type composite membrane is selected as the reverse osmosis membrane element. It can not only remove the charged ions, inorganic substances and colloidal silica in the water, but also remove almost all organic matters, inorganic substances and heat sources in the water. The imported stainless steel high-pressure pump can stabilize the inlet pressure of reverse osmosis and prolong the working period. In addition, the device is also equipped with programmable logic controller (PLC) for automatic detection and cleaning. At present, it is widely used in medicine, preparation, beverage and food, metallurgy, electronics, chemical industry and other industries. The desalination rate of single membrane element is more than 99.6%, and the conventional water production of single reverse osmosis unit is 0.2-60t/h.
