1. Generally speaking, high conductivity means that the whole water treatment system is consistent with the initial state without any change. At this time, the high conductivity is caused by the aging of reverse osmosis membrane module, which leads to the decrease of desalination rate. The correct treatment method is to replace the reverse osmosis membrane of the reverse osmosis host, and the replacement frequency (cycle) is usually 2-3 years.
2. Other situations:
a. In normal operation of the equipment, the conductivity suddenly increases and the displacement increases. This situation is due to the rapid increase of conductivity caused by the leakage of the sealing ring connecting the reverse osmosis membrane module, so it is recommended to replace the sealing ring. The specific method is to detect the water quality of each membrane module, find out the leakage part and replace it.
b. When the equipment is started, it is difficult to reduce the secondary conductivity, or the time is too long. This situation is common in double stage reverse osmosis. Sodium hydroxide is usually added to adjust the removal of carbon dioxide in water between the first and second stage. The addition amount of sodium hydroxide is related to the conductivity, so it is recommended to adjust the addition amount.
c. After running for a period of time, the water yield did not change, the conductivity increased and the drainage increased. It indicates that the membrane is degraded by oxidizing medium, and the conductivity increases, so the membrane module needs to be replaced.
d. The sand carbon purification and filtration effect of equipment pretreatment is reduced or invalid, and there is no regular and timely backwashing (the water conductivity will be relatively increased). e. RO water inlet security filter is dirty, blocked and pressure difference is large, and it is not replaced in time
