3、 Filtration principle
RO reverse osmosis filtration principle: reverse osmosis is to use sufficient pressure to separate the solvent (usually water) in the solution through the reverse osmosis membrane (a kind of semi permeable membrane). The direction is opposite to the direction of osmosis. Reverse osmosis method with greater than osmotic pressure can be used to separate, purify and concentrate the solution. The principle of ultrafiltration membrane technology: in the process of ultrafiltration membrane screening, the pressure difference between the two sides of the membrane is taken as the driving force, and the ultrafiltration membrane is used as the filtering medium. Under a certain pressure, when the original solution flows through the membrane surface, many small micropores densely distributed on the surface of the ultrafiltration membrane only allow water and small molecules to pass through, and the substances in the original solution larger than the micro pore size of the membrane surface are intercepted at the entrance of the membrane The liquid side becomes the concentrated liquid, thus realizing the purpose of purification, separation and concentration of the original liquid.
